The Oskri Return Policy is as follows:

1. A 15% Restocking Fee is charged on all returns and exchanges.
   
   
2. Regardless of your method of payment, refunds shall be issued as a check.
   
   
3. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (return and delivery) related to any return/exchange.
   
   
4. Customers will receive a full refund for returns only in the event they have been sent incorrect or damaged items.
   
   
5. Return checks are issued once a month. It may take up to 30 days to receive your refund check.
   
   
6. Return Approval Process:
   
   
   1. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from customer service.
      
      
   2. Packed goods in their original condition.
      
      
   3. Include a copy of the packing slip with the Return Authorization Number marked at the top.
